The 6" primary is just like the one from the other coils made out of a wooden groundplate and 8mm plexiangles for the primary coil. It´s 9 turns of 6mm copperpipe wound on 25 degree plexi angles, the strikerail is also done with 6mm copperpipe.

Here you see the complete base of the 6" coil, all cabling is done by 2x8mm² copperwire.

The groundconnection is done by two massive copperplates and M6 screws.
